3 Prenatal Visits

The first two visits are in-home, where I provide tools, a hands-on birth preparation guide, my birth affirmation cards, as well as my expertise, in order to educate and empower you in preparing for your birth. Our final visit is via phone & helps touch on any last-minute details and offers an opportunity to finalize your labor preferences with me.

Daytime Availability For Counsel During Your Pregnancy

I provide text or phone availability to answer questions, provide referrals as needed, and support you as your pregnancy unfolds.

Birth & Immediate Postpartum Support

From 37 weeks on, I am available to you 24/7 to provide labor support, as well as educational and decision-making counseling.

After you request my presence at your labor, I remain with you through the birth of your baby, into the immediate postpartum to facilitate bonding and breastfeeding in the first 1-3 hours after baby is born.

Postpartum Visit With Meal Prep Delivery.

This is where we can address any difficulties you're having postpartum, process your birth, and provide resources that will best serve your family and your baby.

I also include a meal, a dessert, and a prepped snack item to nourish you in this season of recovery.

Birth Consulting

If you're unsure of your birth options, new to the area, or have a complex situation in which counseling from an experienced doula may be beneficial, I offer this service so that couples can feel more prepared for pregnancy and birth. This is a time to ask questions, receive unbiased information and resources, and assistance with complex decision-making. People who have found this beneficial have been those who are not yet pregnant or plan on relocating to the North Idaho/ Spokane area for their birth.
